Love love love the colors of this layout! I have some coated cardstock from Michael’s and I experience the same problem, too. It works great for matting pictures but terrible for stamping on, journaling on, or trying to adhere mixed media to. I try to keep vacation notes, but am terrible about it… my journaling is often very sparse.😂
I do a little of it all. Currently on vacation with a new to me travel journal, made notes on some pictures for the first time today and do try to scrapbook up to date!
Lovely layout despite that paper not wanting to play nice with wet mediums! (I'll have to keep an eye on my sequins. I used to use glue dots but then I got to using so many sequins I switched to glue to save money. We shall see if they hold up!)
Yes, I'd love to know how well your sequins hold up with glue. Maybe it also depends on the manufacturer of the sequins. I have some that won't even stick to glue dots!

Yes, that is something I'll have to keep in mind the next time I buy cardstock!
