Why Should You Get Up at 5AM (or earlier in general)?
• Ultimately, it gives us more time. More time to improve our health by working out, to expand our knowledge by learning and to reflect on our goals and schedules.
• Having mind over mattress isn’t easy. I know that. That’s why waking up early is like training your self-control muscle. Not snoozing, getting up and resisting jumping back to bed is difficult. But that’s why we have to really train it. And soon, gaining self control over this can help us gain more time and confidence to tackle other aspects of our life!
• Waking up early provides silence and peace, and your attention isn’t being fragmented by technology, meetings and other forces that can limit maximum productivity. Here, you get to enter the state of flow and be really productive.
• According to the book, there are 4 areas that we can all work on. They are our Mindset (psychology), Heartset (emotionality) , Healthset (physicality) and Soulset (spirituality).

Hi there. had my school stationery haul on Sunday. My kids started today and this time getting the stationery organised went smoother as the bigger kids manged to get their own stationery marked and labeled, and covered their books. it helps a lot when they become a little more independent. my youngest son is eight years old and will go back to school on Monday. I am glad to be ready to send him to school. Only the morning rush does get a little crazy, but I am prepared a menu for their breakfast and lunch box. Thanks Diya for your inspiration and motivating in menu and meal prep😊👍

Me too. Lol. My kids hear me flush a toilet or open the fridge at 5am and they come running.
Ha ha ha..happened with me too so many times. Once, I was exercising, and was all sweaty and my son started crying and I had to run and go back and lay down with him till he went back to sleep..as it was only 5:30am and I didn't wanted him to wake up that early.
Few nights, Kids sleep with their dad and that helps a lot.
