Another 15 years of poverty and Consuming Overpriced Food from Abroad (COFA). Have we not learned that COFA may NOT be the answer after two failed and miserable terms? 30 years down the drain with not much improvement to infrastructures and public services. COFA is nothing but minuscule funding for overpaid government salary and wasteful overhead expenditures without means of generating local revenues. Can somebody please fill me in on what other options were available at the negotiation table besides COFA? We keep repeating history as if it's COFA or nothing.
