Greavsie. Best ever goalscorer. Never left any footprints, floated around and just know where to be and when to be there. Total Legend. And I'm a Gooner.

I remember Arthur Montford. I think he was also a director of Morton. Also the radio commentator David Francey.

I was 11 years old when I watched this on the telly in the summer of '67. I'm a Spurs supporter but it was the first time I saw Celtic play. I remember being very impressed with both sides and since then I have always favoured Celtic when it comes to Scottish football. I also remember later the same year, when Spurs played Manchester United in what was then, the Charity Shield. The score was also 3-3 and ironically the goal keeper, Pat Jennings scored a very unusual goal for Spurs. Many thanks for posting on TH-cam.

I was at this gamewith a very dear friend, I was 14 years old a great game as I remember, unfortunately and with great sadness my friend died in a car crash two weeks later and everytime I talk to someone about this game it brings back memories of him and I sitting together in the stand watching this game.

I saw this game with my cousin when I was over from NZ. 92,000 fans as I recall. I went on to watch Celtic a few more times before returning to NZ. Have not seen them live since. I always watch any televised games featuring the "Tims". Lifelong Fan.

How lucky to fall on this clip by chance. Greaves & Gilzean what a joy to watch back then and in this match Venables even made a tackle ! Poor Pat Jennings -it was before he let his hair grow and was still suspect from time to time.

Jimmy Greaves , who played ( and scored ) for Spurs this day , named the '67 Celtic team as one of the six best club sides he had seen . He also chose the Spurs double winning team of the early sixties .

I am a celtic fan, was at this game, it was a pre/season friendly, I remember it was played in a kind of slow friendly way, celtic played leeds a few times in pre/season friendlies and those games where the same, cannot remember any bad fouls in these games, just little friendly warm ups for the season ahead, but very enjoyable to watch

Tavy@ i always thought the old hampden goals looked bigger than any other goals. And how could any one miss them with a 30 yard shot. But pat jeninngs and ronnie simpson were bad that day. A dont thinck they held a single shot if you watched the full game! But two great keepers. Pat jeninngs was the best keeper in the world in the 1960s and 70s. I always wanted to see how big his hands were. Becouse he could catch those old heavy real hand made leather balls. And throw at least 60 yards! But greavsie had a good game here!
