I used to.make butter chicken as I had learnt it from a famous cooking TH-cam channel...it turned out well that time also, but watching your recipe , the smoked part just made it amazingly awesome ! Certain changes I made were ,I prepared fresh cream at home as due to lockdown it wasnt available.. one more thing that u showed was the pressure cooker part...I used to cook it in pan n then make a paste...but pressure cooking made it way easier .... I genuinely thank you for your efforts ...thank you for.making us try ua amazing recipes...you r jus amazing....keep up the good work... @@samreen9109collect the cream of milk after boiling it...I repeated it more than one time n collected the fresh (malai) in a cup...when it was enough quantity I added lil sugar n two to three spoons of milk n blended it ( don't blend too much, two three strokes on pulse mode)...it came out as a fine thick paste...i used that instead of fresh cream available in market...u can also search for recipes of fresh cream at home on youtube, hope this helps:)

Aab anuth This tastes little different than non smoky one. Some adds curd at marination stage but I didn't try that, hv u tried and if yes then how it tastes.
