    Women, especially black women need to realise that being with a man is not a way to elevate yourself from poverty. Be independent women. If she was independent, she won't have felt the financial breakdown like this.

    • @olatola5556
      @olatola5556 3 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      Yoruba culture in particular and Africa culture in general has made women(wifes) to depend on men(husbands) for their family sustainance. More so, the society has relegated Africa women to take up jobs/roles that make them depend on men, you find occupation such as teaching, nursing to be predominantly taken by women..... Until family units, culture, tribes, race and the society reallign the roles of women in Africa the situation will remain same. Average men wants the wife to sit at home to raise their children, girls are trained to be a good cook for husbands and wait for him to hand her money. Until family units start training girls and boys same way, and the boys are not told to "be a man" the situation will remain same. I know women who wants to work and be independent but their spouses keep appealing to them to stay at home and let the kids grow to x-age before taking up certain jobs... The orientation has to change for things to change...

      @@sagoctrlurmanners7557 No that was not past century. Although you're right some women are independent but what is the percentage? What is the percentage of women in Africa that are ready to share bill payment equally with their husbands even if they richer than their husbands? What is the percentage of men that is willing to share child day to day caring with their wives? Majority still base action(s) on culture that "men are bread winner; men are head of the family; men do no cry, women are the ones to cook, bath and groom kids" until culture begins to give equal teaching and view about both gender then the situation is same. Talking from a cultural stand point things are yet to change...

      @@olatola5556 my mother is married to a Yoruba man and she's American. Before they were married she already was a radiographer but once they became married he didn't support her when it came to her recertifying yearly for her career. My mom did it because it was important to her but he just wanted her to be his house wife. This wasn't in Nigeria it was in the US. These men want to have all of the power so that the woman have nothing to depend on but them. Luckily for my mom her career is still strong and she makes good money for herself.

    • @Lilyrose23
      @Lilyrose23 3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      That’s easy to say, but most African women get married when they’re young, often not even any diploma in hand so they depend on the older man often who doesn’t want them to work. Until they have kids, life becomes too expensive and now they’re forced to bring in money, since the man is older some of them stop even contributing financially because they’re now retiring.

    After watching this video, I finally realized that there are only two reasons why this tantalizing, exhilarating, gladdening and razzle- dazzling video would enhance different assertions.
    One is the collective use of colloquial abstract representation of normative assertions owing to the distinction in regulatory and derogatory affirmative relations to binary patterns.
    The second is that even I don't know what I said above and I've just wasted 20 seconds of your time.
    So therefore, with that being said and all protocol duly observed, I hereby declare vawulence and maximum emotional dàmage.

      People usually pay a year or two in advance. It’s when it’s time to renew that the excuses start. Imagine if you let them move in with only a month’s pay.
      There’s a separate about whether the law should prevent requesting a year advance but cases like this highlight why landlords demand more before you move in

    The truth can be bitter. I think that Judge Funmi should go for training on public speaking and improve on her personal charisma. For this programme to compete effectively with other world TV court programmes, she needs to tighten her enthusiastic belt. Boringness will not help anyone. I think the programme is good on the overall.

    • @mosesm6040
      @mosesm6040 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Really! The programme is more or less for Nigerians who clearly have no problem its presentation! This is as real as it can be without the drama that we receive from the west,especially US tv programmes of the people’s court!

    • @fasergandhi2108
      @fasergandhi2108 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@mosesm6040 No offence intended. Since you said Nigerian don’t like the American drama, I will agree with you. However, I hope you are right about my 9ja people when a rival court programme with Nigerian drama start viewing in the future.
