I WAS SO TINY WHEN USED TO WATCH THESE ,I WAS PUT ON THE FLOOR IN FRONT OF OUR FLOOR MODEL TV, YET I STILL REMEMBERED THE THEME SONG 47 YEARS AFTER,I EVEN HAVE A HOME MOVIE CLIP OF ME AS A BABY WITH HERCULES PLAYING ON THAT TV,ILL POST SOMEDAY.
Dang... This was on before the Care Bears started at 7AM on Global/channel 03 on cable. Inspector Gadget was next but I would have to leave for school then... Channel 6 but fuzzy w/o cable, even with a good set of rabbit ears.
@BumperRob33 WHOA! MY BROTHER! I remember that. Sitting around and watching Inspector Gadget and Astro Boy. That Wizard of OZ show. MAN. Those were the times. Itv? I can STILL hear the voice of that announcer. "THIS....is Itv." Wow. Just...wow.
I remember using my moms high school class-ring to pretend to be Herc. Obviously the only place to keep it was in my belt.... Ever since, I've wondered how he managed to never loose his ring
at a family BBQ, I was 4 years old . My father came out from the front of the house with a plate of meat, He said they were steaks, Excited, I walked i front of him, Marching and announced to all the people in the back yard..(Like Newton)"Here comes the steaks!!!" My father suddenly turned in the opposite direction, I saw him turn from my perefrial vision. I had almost embarrassed him. I remembered that early cartoons have a strong influence. Hercules is almost biblical. Felix in other ways.
It was recorded off of a VHS tape that was approximately 20 to 25 year old. And even when it was recorded, it was taped off tv from a signal received from rabbit ears from a transmitter hundreds of kilometers away. Hence the poor video quality.

George Peed, the series' character designer, drew dozens of album covers for Peter Pan Records in the '60s and '70s.
