There´s 3 home using the system so far your video helped setting this up, however one of the hour since it´s big they purchased two monitor. Hi, is there any way to display in hik-connect if a door is open or close with the outside unit (kv8113)? I see that you can connect up to 2 "door status" on this unit. Thanks!

Yes, Possible. You have to enable the second lock from the outdoor setting first. Then Lock1 and Lock 2 symbols will display on the indoor station live view. From there, you can unlock individually
Great video! One question though: Is it possible to make all call buttons (to act as one button) to call all indoor units at the same time? No matter which one you press they will call all indoor units. Thank You!
@@onlinesearch1909 Open IVMS-4200 Go under Device Management -> Find Outdoor unit device -> open settings -> Intercom -> Press Button to Call Set both Button Settings to 1 -> save it, and it's done Did work for me. I hope it will help you too.

I mean, if I press the button #2, it will call only the person(s) associated with to the button #2 on Hik-Connect app? Hopefully not all 4 families are called in the same time on their Hik-Connect apps. 2) Without buying any interior unit, you think it can work to open gate from smartphones + Hik-Connect from 4 families? Yes, it will work independently.
We are adding only screens to the hik-connect app. Each family can add their on-screen in their hik-connect account.

You can Unlock the Door, Speak with the Guest and see Live view from anywhere from the world using Hik-Connect App.
