    Yup this helped a lot. Dry reps are suave. For extended, early external, no scap load action. To nice compact elbow driven, scap loaded, on time flip up. But in my dry reps. Done a lot of them and it’s becoming more natural so I’d assume it’d translate easier. Will update this comment after a couple days depends on well it translates.

    Just found your channel, keep doing what you are doing! You are really great at explaining the feeling of getting into certain positions that pictures, videos and most athletes cannot explain as well as you have done. Very well done!

    Is there a similar drill for youth? This seems too conceptual for 9-11 year olds.
