    I love the idea of water in a bowl-the other day I sprained my ankle. This will help a LOT! It’ll help everything!

    More sacrum and pelvic bowl moves for those with severe pelvic nerve damage (permanent nerve crush injuries). Help is non-existant out here. Thank you.
