OK let me help you: Ken Saro Wiwa has deep hatred over Igbos just because an Igbo beautiful lady refused him so he thought he was decriminated and since then he developed deep hatred for "all Igbos" forgetting the fact that M.I Okpara an Igboman gave him free education which propelled him to the up level before the war.
Then after Nigeria/Biafra war, Ken Saro Wiwa went to Abacha his Northern friend & suggested "Abandoned Properties Act" so he will make Igbos suffer more because of his deep hatred. Abacha wasn't president then but he took the message to Gowon & British as a good suggestion to further divide the Igbos so the North will have uninterrupted control of the oils in those regions. The ACT was passed into law( meaning if you see any house of Igbos from S.East in Rivers State, just claim it and you get backup documents from Ken government) it WASN'T enforced in Yorubaland as Igbos received almost all their houses back but are you surprised why it was fully enforced in Rivers State? Ken Saro Wiwa made sure Igbos from S.East lost ALL their properties in Rivers State so to create enemies/division among Igbos S.East and Igbos Rivers State.
As someone from Ikwerre once said, that he is not happy that Ikwerre are excluded from their larger Igbo brothers despite being part of Ohaneze but the brotherly togetherness is lacking, he further said that Igbos speakers made up of 72% of Rivers State native population and since 1999 only Igbos has been the governors from Odili to Amechi to Wike, he said at first Ikwerre weren't taking the properties until they saw that Ijaws are seriously taking the properties so they started to take it instead of allowing Ijaws take their Igbos brothers properties.......... The guilty conscience of taking your brothers properties is the reason Ikwerre is rejecting their Igbos brothers today but the good news is that Igbos are not having any grudges for them because we know they were played into a game called divide and control. Today the North owns about 80% oil blocks in S.South region, another good news is that the coming of Peter Obi will bring everlasting peace among brothers.

So bad, Ken Saro Wiwa brought a big curse to his Ogini people but Peter Obi is sure to bring everlasting peace and progress when he becomes president.

He could have done those projects during the early stages of his tenure. But he did most of them towards the dying end. It is commendable but not exactly exceptional. He has done better than many governors for sure but in certain countries, this is bare minimum.
