The problem is the two rubber trims that run at the bottom of the window (one exterior and one interior), you can see them for example at 3:42. These trims are hooked onto the metal frame of the door, just pull them, inspect them for cracking (especially the interior one), replace if needed or clean well with a brush and water, then spray them with silicone.
I did the same procedures in my VOLVO S80 to make the driver's window work fine again and it helped for about no more then 4 months. THE VOLVO service (but not the ASO) says it because of windows lifter but I am not convinced and rather think of it could be window's guide. Unfortunately I do not know yet what's the way to disassemble the door.
Holy crow !!!!! Wow !!!! I will attempt to follow this video as I've watched it 10 times and hit 'pause' atleast 400 times to make out the shadowy images...I must say though, wtf. Anyways , it's the thought that counts so thanks. I think I have enough to try this myself
Unfortunately I filmed with my mobile and I did not have the opportunity to use a tripod or someone to hold the phone. There are only 2 videos on our channel were this problem occurs;)
Jerry Vasquez Yeah just lower the carnk arm to the lowest point lift up the glass its slef to the highest it can go to where your fingers are basicly touching the window rim and have someone push the button upwards

How to fix camera moveing so much and speed recording?
Might be a good video if the you weren't waving the camera around the whole time. Try holding it steady next time.

My windows worked fine before and suddenly both of them got stuck in same day i hope this helps.
