    This was the very first chant I learned in 1968 and today I needed it more than ever. It’s like you know my heart beloved Samaneri Jayasara. Deep gratitude for the rest. I have been struggling and it’s like someone whispered in your ear so that I could hear.

    It loops so beautifully. Imagine if in the past a great master could walk with you and tell you this over and over until you get it and the whole while being followed by a chorus of compassionate bodhisattva's clearing the sphere all around for your continued presence of awareness. Amazing times we live in.

    O my. What timing. My infinite Gratitude to you. Without This, You - your unerring assistance...my sadness would overwhelm, drown me. Yet, anytime the drowning is unsurmountable, your buoy manifests.... tears and gratitude. You help me infinitely

    When all illusions are exhausted it's this stronghold, rigpa, this citadel of primordial benevolent awareness that carries one over to the other shore. What's left is a vessel (this body) to support others in whatsoever form, mental or physically. This alone is the source of ultimate happiness ☸️
    According to Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche Erik Pema Kunsang translated Om Mani Padme Hung as
    Om, May the precious, spacious mind of love and compassion be realised right her right now.
    Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche said also that it would be beneficial to ad
    HRIH = essence of love and insight in one identity, this mind.

    Superb reading of a powerful chant. Sometimes it’s difficult to remember that the great peace always underlies the relentless fury of our minds but this poem and Jayasara’s reading of it is the reminder we all need from time to time.

    Dear Friend, Resting ,as well, right now.
    The chant and music were alive through the blood,
    Watching a winter storm blowing the bare trees before the snow arrives.
    Holding my own hand in my other.

    • @youarewhatyourelookingfor4496

      Ah yes *holding my own hand in the other.”
      What a comforting joy it is to hold yourself in absolute love.
      I recognize your experience as my own.
      When I held my own hand one day to comfort and ease a restless mind and body St Francis of Assisi dropped by in my mind and said
      “Remember how I told you what you’re looking for is what’s looking; That it’s you that you are what you’re looking for?”
      After that experience I understand that quote differently.
      Blessings ❤️🙏

    Finding your various times SO very helpful. This length is such a solace. I can find a release, tune in... and this exhausted mind cannot complain - deluded, i tell the rogue - it is less than 6 minutes you fool

      OM = auspicious, universal sound of peace
      MANI = wisdom
      PADME = compassion
      HUNG = may it be realised, right her right now
      So it means something like
      Om, May the precious, spacious mind of love and compassion be realised right her right now.
      Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche said that it would be beneficial to ad
      HRIH = essence of love and insight in one identity, this mind.
      I have this from a teaching from the translator Erik Pema Kunsang a close student of 40 years from Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche
