I remember way back when Jack was asked why he was so different on Letterman's show than others and he said he never got nervous on any other show but Dave's. He didn't know why, he just did Dave and Jack became good friends and have ranches next to each other, but Jack never got over being a nervous goofball on Late Night!
This…was…brilliant! I don’t know what kind of noise Dave made when the baby owl flapped its wings but I couldn’t stop laughing! Thanks for posting this. 🤣
Every weekend I watch Jack Hanna's into the Wild on the CW channel. A wonderful 3 hours of Jack and his wife Sue bringing wildlife up close. The man is a wildlife and conservationist hero. He is in very poor health now and I send prayers out to him and his family. His legacy will never be forgotten. One day I plan to take a trip from Massachusetts to visit his home base, the Columbus Zoo!❤🙏❤
More Jack Hanna, please. Also, how about the Velcro wall? And I remember Dave covering himself with Alka Seltzer and diving into a huge glass of water!
Crazy, there was a small insect that looked like an armadillo crossed w a crawdad, and it bites and chews. I'd never seen them in my area, NorCal, I wonder what they are? Edit: that insect is a doodlebug, the larval form of an antlion
@@stu5804 Well, they certainly didn't come onto the internet to trash talk a known animal expert with boasts of knowing better, done better, etc. P.S. A hospital treats people, by definition. Where was this imaginary vet clinic located?
Charlie Sheen's old dressing room, I just about died laughing at that one. Was always great when Jack was on the show! Thanks Dave!
"Im not going to grab that thing!" - - lol
Jack and Dave are so in synch with their banter towards each other
I remember coming home from work around 11 pm and watching David Letterman. I miss those days. He was the best.
Sorry to disagree, but Johnny was much better.

Oh man thank you for info. Very nice man
Dave is halarious
Jack and Dave were a classic comedy duo.
We never knew when or how wheels-off Jack Hanna's visits were going to be. Seeing Dave on edge as the wheels started to wobble was half the fun!
Jack Hanna on Letterman was always Must See TV
Jack and Steve Irwin were the best.

Peak entertainment is Jack Hanna on Letterman
I love how Dave was a holster but also asked good thoughtful questions, and how he is slow with the animals so he doesn’t spook them.
I'm so glad we have these amazing videos..I hate that he has dementia..breaks my heart
Somehow I don’t think a paper napkin is going to be enough to remove neurotoxins, Jack! 🤔
SERIOUSLY! You can tell Jack was joking around 😂
I love these episodes. Thanks Dave
That owls look at 13:39 😂😂😂❤🦉
Now, this is classic. Jack Hanna and David Letterman know a lot about rare animals.
"Cobras are dangerous, right?" Animal expert David Letterman
@@EightPieceBox Well, that's funny.

@@PeggyBrodzinski Come on! Think about it.
The people on the bridge must have been terrified.
I hope Jack is doing ok. Sue is there with him thankfully. Jack enriched our lives for so many years.
Dude cracked that armadillo open like an egg hahaha
dave is like "treat the owl like a dog. go ahead"
The best segment on TV ever
More Jack Hanna, please. Also, how about the Velcro wall? And I remember Dave covering himself with Alka Seltzer and diving into a huge glass of water!
There's just never been anyone as good at the late night talk show - not even Carson.
I always looked forward to these segments 😂
This was good. Would like to see some NBC era animal clips.
🤣😂🤣Good old Charlie...WINNING!!!!
Poor old Jack has got dementia now ( badly
That’s sad news…
Jack kills me dude
Eurasian owl, like Falco. Miss ya Flaco. Rest in Power.🦉🗽🦉
I think Jack was on the spectrum and I always loved it when he came on the show.
To this day theres a musty dead animal scent in the heating vents of the ed Sullivan theater. Mouse carcasses
👩🏻💻🇺🇲 Great!!! A little David Letterman! Those were the days. "Know Your Countries That End In "stan.""😮😅😅😅😊
So Jack just outed himself for putting🐊's in the NYC sewer system!😉.
Such a loveball, the leopard🐆😸kittie

So sad to see Jack's health declining. Miss watching him on Dave's show and on his own TV show. Wishing him well ❤️🩹
in before silent gamer
:)
Okay hairy screaming armadillo gross
That is NOT the largest owl in the world. Jack was a mess and had no real knowledge, just annoying.
I wouldn't trust this guy with my animals

Jack Hanna does not have a sense of humor
I noticed that he was getting frustrated with Dave and the audience
