I have been using their hairspray for at least 10 years and am experiencing major issues with the new version of their pump hairspray. The nozzle constantly clogs and sprays clumps of hairspray instead of the fine mist that it's supposed to. I will then rinse the nozzle in hot water and that doesnt seem to help because it clogs the next day. But, the biggest issue I'm having is it's leaving major buildup on my hair and not even clarifying shampoo will remove it. I havent had problems like this in the 10+ years I've been using their hairspray. Sad to say I am done using their products. Thank you for the video and i hope you found a good hairspray ❤️
OMG, thank you, have been dealing with this for the last year, EVERY can, over $100... I'm calling the company tomorrow to see if I can be reimbursed and be sent new ones, making me crazy!! EVERYTHING you said is absolutely TRUE!! Have a happy night!!

I love the product when it actually comes out. Trying out other brands now because I am so disappointed. I wish they would fix the problem, because I use so many of their products.
This happened to me TODAY with the large bottle gold label - same story and I used multiple NEW spray nozzles AND cleaned bottle end with hot water pin etc! I searched just now to see if this had happened to anyone else in case there was a “fix” I which I was unaware…I’m very disappointed in TRESemme…
Honest I feel like the hairspray doesn't have a strong of a hold as it used to. You said the liquid is still the same. But I find I have to use 2-3x as much to get my desired results. And then it still sometimes feels like it's still not holding as strong as it used to. So much so that I've switched to the "freeze 5" to get a stronger hold.
Having the SAME EXACT PROBLEM - Can’s of all sizes. All are full and will not spray - must have about 7 can’s like this now. Won’t work. Like you - now moving on from TRESSemme. After all these years. Waist of money.

The problem is the new formula. It sucks!!! The new formula no longer holds my hair. It just makes your hair feel sticky. 🤮
I knew I wasn’t the only one! I like the product so I kept getting new cans of the travel size but each and every one failed
The same thing happened to me. Save your receipts, refund or exchange for another product.
Infuriating! I am on vacation and have no hairspray. I keep buying it - probably over $100 worth wasted. Now that I know I’m not alone, I am done!

Well there are only so many ways to press. He’s showing what I have experienced it just moves back-and-forth and doesn’t spray anything
