    In the 90's I got a similar "trick" Frisbee for participation in a school fundraising event. This frisbee had a cone in the center for doing finger tricks, but it was a solid piece of plastic. It was my favorite Frisbee ever. I think it was actually a rebranded "Spinjammer Pro."

      Never bought a frisbee. In the 70’s as kids we used to get free promotional frisbees from our neighbor. His Australian Shepherd “Casey” was in a Kal Kan dog food commercial catching a frisbee and the company kept sending them free dog food and yellow frisbees with the Kal Kan logo on them. We used to play frisbee with the dog and he never missed. They were a bit chewed but still flew fine. Good, simpler times.

    There was a version of this back in the late '80s or early '90s that had basically all these features except it was molded into a single piece design so it was bulletproof. It almost seems like they have gone backwards on product design here. The center part had a cone that stuck up through the center of the disc so you could spin it on the palm of your hand in theory.

    @justaguy6100 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

    You CAN throw a frisbee forehand as well, it's a slightly different grip but it works well. If you're doing delay tricks _maybe_ that centerpiece would help, but I think it adds too much weight to be worth it. From what I see, trying to get velocity and launch angle right throwing from that centerpiece is awkward at best. You can give it more spin, probably, but that's about it.

      That person is Walter Frederick Morrison. Went by his middle name, Fred. The Frisbee was his greatest invention. This, not so much. Of course, all he was doing was refining the flight characteristics of a pie pan.

      @@claycassin8437Perhaps they were commenting on that it wasn’t officially called a Frisbee, since the pie pan company still owned the trademark.

      @@AKCFTW It was invented by Steve Stark who created the Wham-O "Legendary Soft Frisbee Disc".

    How much does it cost because I can use the lid from any plastic container and it’s basically free and they are spectacular frisbees or a plastic plate of any sort👍🏽✊🏽

    Decades ago I had a flying disc with an intent in the middle to catch it on a finger. Making it in multiple pieces seems less ideal.

    I would have liked to see you throw it like an original Frisbee but leave the center things in place. Maybe next time.

    What I find weird is because of how you have to hold it, technically you're still throwing it as as a frisbee as you still tossing it on its side to spin.
    I doubt this would work if you try throwing it overhead like a pitcher or something... like a ball.

    Great review as always James. But $27 dollars is too much in my opinion............................ I missed Bailey........................why wasn't Bailey in the video? He could have ran after the Disc.

    Man. Wearing long sleeves in hot weather is so strange to me. I'm from Michigan and I guess I don't know what it's like.. the hottest it got this summer was 90s for a week. Like 96 heat sensation and 60% humidity or something. Meanwhile in winter 2 years ago I got sweaty while shoveling because it was like 30 or so so I was just in snow pants and a short sleeve sweating my butt off 😂
