Very smooth Disc-Handling. The number 16. is called "Kick Brush" amongst the Freestyle Disc Players.
My most beloved throw for Throw and Catch ist the Forehand. Precise, powerfull and skilled looking ;-)

I used to do the Spinning with the Thumb, over my head, but you don't have much control

I can tell, instead than a full spinning with the thumb,
I tried grabbing the disc with the thumb inside and 1st finger outside, high over your head, you flip the disc pivoting with the thumb
the 1st finger givin some control, but the release is tricky, I used to miss a 50% of the throws,
to the despair of friends :D
