Man I want to try that fruit RAW so bad. I love jackfruit and durian but I live in Maine of the USA. Luckily in Connecticut they have a store called : C-Town and they sell jackfruit, dragon fruit, guanabana, red sapote, mamey, guava. I’m a juvenile diabetic and cannot eat fried foods. Are you using coconut oil?? I eat anything cooked in coconut oil. I wish I lived in Thailand and would have my own Cempedak trees.

In this video she is deep frying Chicken skin,anyone can do that but it's not really very good for you, as Chicken skin is saturated fat,unlike frying plain vegetables, and here in the UNITED STATES, they deep fry PORK SKINS CALLED CRACKLING,which is awful for your body, nowadays in the UNITED STATES, is emphasis is eating or consuming a balanced diet, lots of carbs,fruits and vegetables, watching the saturated fats,sodium and sugar intakes, which leads to a much longer life. Also watching your life style. Another thing that is happening in the United States is OBESITY, as some Americans are way overweight, it's been a known fact, FOLKS. Just talk to any nutritionist. And they will tell you that I am not LYING.

คนไทยนี่อนามัยเก่งนะ ถ้าไม่ได้ซื้อเค้ากินไม่ต้องพูด น้ำมันไม่ได้ดำจ้า แต่มันผ่านความร้อนสูงโดยใช้ไฟแรงมันเลยเข้ม มันไม่ได้ดำโว๊ยยยย แล้วที่ใส่แป้งก่อนลงทอดเพราะไม่ให้น้ำมันกระเด็นจ้า ประเด็นหลักเรื่องถุงมือ ถ้าใส่แล้วเอาไก่ลงกระทะ แล้วมันไปโดนน้ำมันคิดดูว่ามันเป็นยังไง อันตรายกว่าไม่ใส่อีก ทีซูซงซูซิยังแดกกันได้ไม่มีปัญหา ความรู้รอบตัวไม่มีกันเลยรึไง ทอดกินเองที่บ้านค่ะ จบ!!!
