Nightcore often has more on the 'drop' i.e. Don't you worry child, but it's also sped up, and has higher pitched voices, not 'chipmunk-ing' them but making them sound more womanly...

This isn't a speed up. Speed ups are way different from Nightcore, here's the difference:
Nightcore is speeded up almost by only 10-20%.
It also pitches the voices so they look more like a girl, yet those are rare cases.
And mainly, Chipmunked / Speeded up is just a extreme speed up with alot higher pitch, yet nightcore is kinda detailed.
