Truly liked your last words. Sometimes we (me too) keep forgetting and are so much focussed on what didn't work. Thanks for the reminder !

Thanks for the tips, really useful.
Normally the best thing about motivation in ballroom is your dance partner is a ready made training buddy. You don't want to let them down.

I couldnt find the motivation to practice dance for 2 months because i dont have enough space at home and i dont have a dance partner and i have been very unhappy for the last two months.
Then one day i realized that dancing is what makes me happy even if i do it alone and decided to start again.
And thank you so much for your helpful and motivating videos. 💃🏻💃🏻

Here is how I approach ballroom practice a bit.
Take an advanced samba amalgamation I usually practice on my own - Promenade and CPP runs with 4 pivots in Closed Hold Travelling. When I do the 4 pivots, I make sure in my practice that I dig the balls of my feet on each pivot to make sure that the pivots are stable enough to permit control in the pivots better, and knowing that the pivots have more amounts of turn than the previous CPP and PP runs, I try to avoid being dizzy if I follow the 4 pivots with the CPP and PP Runs again (like a lot of ballroom champions in Latin usually would do nearly always). I would avoid being dizzy by doing new imaginary spotting of things during this exciting of samba figures, and use the music to be aware that even with all of the turning, I still have to be on time with the music.

Hey Alexey you have been a true inspiration during this pandemic, you have such a wonderful positive way of encouraging me to practice. I also have incorporated your tips on stretching and being conscious of how I hold myself while on walks. Keep up the good work, you're a ray of sunshine!!

If it is important you will find a way. it it isn't, you will find an excuse. I find this to be true for me.
