So that they can be raced??? X2010 was intended to be "the fastest car around a track" X2019 was intended to be "a great singleseater car to race and to watch race" You can't race the X2010. And even back in GT5 they knew this, so they used a version even slower than the X2014 Junior for a Japanese tournament. Fortunately the X2019 is actually pretty fast compared to most of the X series cars and it has less downforce than basically any other, which makes it both easier to race and more difficult to handle (in an actual handling sense, not the "it's just too fast" of the X2010).

I like to think I'm pretty good at these games, but even I know my limits and that Sebastien Vettel Red Bull X Challenge is TOO HARD for me. I prefer the X2014 and X2019 because they actually feel controllable.
