switching from managing resources to creating environment is like work of Scrum Master of me. The only difference which coming to my mind is that managers have all authority to "manage environment" while SM is using his skills to speak with "environment managers". Am I right in my thinking?

Great subject indeed but the volume of this video seems quite low. This makes it difficult to hear it despite the volume turned up to the max.

The question you intended to answer in this video was "My managers don't get why we are doing Scrum. How can we briefly explain in a way that will matter to them?" All you shared here is basically correct but it's definitely not the answer to the question. What you did was telling managers what to do and how to do it but I'm missing the why. What are the benefits of Scrum? Why should a manager change the way he is doing his job? Managers were working hard to get to this position. Managers are result driven and the way they did their job so far seems to do the trick so why should they change this? If I would have used your words in my challenges where I had to get the management on board I'd have failed dramatically that's for sure. Managers don't need to be lectured they need incentives and reason. Let them know what the added value is before you tell them to change. In a nutshell, this answer doesn't bring up any point that matters to a manager.
