I recently had the chance to look at this set, the brushes are now pink, and I found them to be quite nice. Perhaps not good for the entire eye makeup but certainly soft and decent quality. I agree that the angled brush is harder but it's designed for lining so that works. My friend really likes them and she's planned to buy more. I already own Eco Tools brushes but if I didn't I'd certainly consider these.
Hi, Emily. This has nothing to do with the brushes, but I noticed something. I don't know if it's your new windows, your lighting, or just the fact that the lighter wall color is reflecting back more light, but the lighting on your face seems brighter and more natural looking! I like it! Of course, it could just be your pregnancy glow!
Have you seen the Tweezerman brushes? They came to my Ulta at the same time as these UBU brushes. I keep looking at them, but I just can't commit because they're pretty pricy.
I bought UBU 35 brush individually and it’s a blending brush actually. It’s one of my fav blending brushes. I also just bought UBU 20 foundation brush today and I’m in love with it.
That large tapered brush reminds me of the Face Secrets Eye Contour Brush sold at Sally Beauty, which I quite like due to its versatility and nice, densely-packed natural bristles. Plus The Face Secret's one is way cheaper and there are promos quite often at Sally. If you haven't, go over to Sally and check out the Face Secrets brushes.
It may just be me, but your brows look exceptional in this vid! They never look bad, but they just look really nice today. Did you do something different? If so, what was it & keep doing it!!!
I saw some Loreal eye quad reviews on this particular package/design configuration from some Brit reviewers from a year ago....wonder why Loreal is bringing to USA now...curious.
Have you thought of donating some of the things that don't work for you to women's shelters? I could see how you could very quickly be over run with so many products! Just a thought. :)
Hey emily I have been looking on youtube for a really good review on pore fillers but on every review the girls rave about the benefits porefessional which I did not like. I think I remember seeing a video were you bought a sample size and did not like it. In would really love for you to do a video on this if u havent already done so. If so, could you include both drug store and higer end products. Thanks
hi, i know i m not Em, but i thought i could help. ecotools has a pack of 5 eye brushes called the essential eye set for 7.99$. there handle are on the small side but i find them to be a really good brush set, especially since it contains a blending dome brush. hope that helps :) i think Em reviewed it as well
Real Techniques also have some kind of starter kit with some nice eye brushes! (I think it misses a small shadow brush, just like this kit. But you have both an all-over brush and a crease brush.)
I feel like Smoke Screens is a dumb name for brushes. The small sort of smudger brush seems the best, however the angled eyeliner brush is useless and throwaway for me.
You go so in depth when you're reviewing things thanks
Em you are glowing! Thanks for always giving us great reviews!

I love the angled brush we can get it in asda (wallmart)
I've had these brushes for so long and I love them. They work brilliantly for the price.
Thanks for another excellent review!
You can use anything and turn out a lovely makeup look! Love your videos!

Could you do a review/tutorial on the new Lorac pro 2 palette??
I had the UBU no.20 foundation brush and it's honestly one of my everyday go to brushes. Love the brank.
Ur good at makeup, very informative and you know what your talking about ! Love u !!
I love your makeup room! I'm getting a makeup room soon and I've gotten a lot of decoration and paint color inspiration from your room!
I love the way you test if a brush kit works!
Great Review Emily!!!
Love the makeup look!
You are so pretty Emily!
This is up so early!
There's a new maybeline dream wonder fluid touch foundation!! It's in a very interesting bottle! Review?
I've had these brushes for about a year now. Not my go-to brushes but I don't regret buying them.
Great review like always emily!!! ❤Sam

emily, you're so beautiful
Great review. You still produced a beautiful look from them. Maybe a review of the Loreal Quad? It looks so pretty. ♥ Elle

I would love to see you review Paula's Choice "Wayne Goss" matte palette

Great Review as always. Thanks so much for sharing this with us, very helpful info.
Hope all is going well, You are looking Beautiful & glowy
Could you do a video or blog post displaying different brands that do not test on animals? I loved this video thanks Emily
Great review, Emily:) xoxo
I'll be skipping on this kit, but I'm definitely open to trying other brushes from this brand!
It may just be me, but your brows look exceptional in this vid! They never look bad, but they just look really nice today. Did you do something different? If so, what was it & keep doing it!!!
Saw these at ulta, glad I waited for your review. Do you plan to review loreal new shadow quad?
those are really cool looking! don't know if I am super interested in them, but I love the purple! great review! xo from my beauty channel to your's
I saw these at Ulta. I have enough of all three of this type of brush. I may look and see what other types of brushes are offered.
we have those in the UK, bought a couple of face brushes but the quality is not very good.

I love you!
The small brushes look nice. Can you get them by themselves?
Haha I see what you did there! 2 in 1 lol! Brushes and a new palatte!
You uploaded early early love ya
You know, I can use the little tapered part of the big brush for thin, natural shadow eyeliner

I don't own many eye brushes, what brand do you suggest I get?

Real Techniques also makes some great affordable brushes!
Ok thank you guys! Do you know where I can pick up real techniques and Eco tools? I don't have an ultra near me.

All UBUs brushes blow. They are scratchy and awful... They are pretty to look at
