The price history is CRAZY lol 2:59 It says it was built in 2024 so there must’ve been a whole different structure there they tore down. Can’t imagine how you could eventually flip this house for a profit in the future at almost $30 million but with real estate you never know.

@@thePraddagee yeah, zillow says it was a 3 million lot for years before now they demand 29 million, but no way in hell is this a 26 million house.
