The deputy RDC should not mislead people. In the States, unless one does not want to work, there are jobs readily available. The government actually goes ahead to provide unemployment benefits if you are not working and are in the process of searching for a new job. Mr. Segawa just know that Ugandans are the most entrepreneur people in Africa. But the conditions don't favor them. Especially with the taxes. Ugandans have never waited for job openings. The government should create jobs for the graduates. Because all the graduates are doing other jobs away from their professions.

I just like mike and the way he casually looks at issues. Mike needs to learn that for us the wanaichi, our god here is government and the state. Therefore, the state can not be seen eating her people. Issues can not arise and a government person says that that is what God has decided or fingers are not equal. If you can not make fingers equal, or secure citizens with their needs and issues stay in private life. Get out of government. This is the philosophy of the developed world. Because one can not equally provide to everybody due to human nature, it gave birth to term limits as one of the pillars of civilization. Come, serve, eat, then go. Just as simple as that. The most uncouth and acake action in management of society is the feeling of entitlement and wanting to rule for life. You deprive other people and communities the right to serve their society and eat as well. This is what leadership is all about - service and eating Mike. You cannot begin asking people the kind of skills they have Mike! What kind of skills did you give them. Everything and any success that must be realized in an organized community, it must be planned. Otherwise tolerate to get anything, or just leave. Prayer centers dwindled in the 1st world the day people learnt that their God here is government and government must take responsibility of anything that happens including absence of rain. Otherwise, pay the ultimate price of leaving power through a free and fair election. I also just like Mikes concept of neighborhood in the modern times.
