    I nearly threw away my Dyson until I watched your video and now I have an almost new vacuum again. Excellent instruction. Thank you.

    I'm amused you put ASMR in the title. Sure, that's how I found your channel but now I genuinely watch for the product run downs and tips!

    It wouldn’t be a proper Lord’s cleaning vid without the preliminary inside joke about the kitchen area that isn’t. You never disappoint! Fantastic video. 😊

    You’ve just saved me buying a new vacuum cleaner! Blockage between the head and the inlet that I’d never have found without watching this!

    Ah….where it all began….stumbling across your channel on an unintentional asmr channel….and first in with a comment! Monday has started well!

    If you clean a vacuum, does that make you a vacuum cleaner?

    I watch all your videos, this one is great to fall asleep to. The asmr is just top notch.

    I think the main cyclone assembly can be washed in water as I don’t believe it has any electrical parts. I’ve blasted mine with a hose spray in the past without any issues and the amount of dirt you can get out is significant. It also gets rid of all the dust behind the mesh screen too

    Ive recently replaced both filters on my Dyson upright vac. The suction is amazing. Clean the filters as per the manufacturers recommendations but if you want to make it like a new machine, replace the filters. They're not that expensive

    Mine was absolutely caked in fine dust, the mesh around the cylinder was compete covered in it. There was way too much dust to do it inside so I brushed it down outside

    Just noticed while watching your video, the change over valve hose is actually split, so this will reduce the suction of the machine when in use

    Is it still possible to acquire replacement filters or floor head rods for this model as you suggested?

    • @lords-electrical
      @lords-electrical  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      They should be still available, they may not be the genuine Dyson product, but they may be aftermarket spares

    I'm attempting to clean my Dyson DC40 ErP: the main roller head doesn't appear to come apart as shown in your video - can you offer any advice please? Also the mini motor head is the tangle free mini brush - is there a video on how to clean this part? Thanks very much.
    Managed to successfully to clean my DC59 as this was blocked - thanks for that video.

    are there any cordless vacuums that come with a long cord that can be used to operate the vacuum when battery is dead?

    • @lords-electrical
      @lords-electrical  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Good question but from the main manufacturers we deal with, they are either corded or cordless there isn't one that's combined

    I once completely separated the inner cyclone parts. There is a lot of caked on dust in there

    My filter feels like it’s made of cardboard (the one in the ball) is it ok to rinse it please?

    So to clarify there’s no way to clean beneath the mesh screen on the canister part I can only hit on it. I ask because my friend vacuumed the shop & now it’s got stinky dusty dirt trapped inside & I would like to remove it

    What's the point to clean if the internal hose is ripped apart?

    • @lords-electrical

      It was more of a cleaning video, but i didn't realise the hose was ripped until during the video
