Nah it's pretty simple by design, difficult in application. Basically, time runs on 2 parallels (Perfectly illustrated by the glass barrier in the turnstile). This movie basically starts both in the past and the future, converging on multiple points (such as the car crash, getting stabbed, coming back from death etc.). Imagine taking a video of a train, reversing it, and layering it over the original video. This is what happens
