Really informative and helpful video , tnks for your kind gesture , joining chemical this year ( will code a bit side by side to get into an IT company haha ) , eager to come there :)
I am selected in Rf and microwave for Mtech. Will i get placement in Rf and microwave? Because data is not available on internet. If placement is not good than will i get time to develop our skill rather than Rf and microwave specialization to get placement.
Hi Jitesh, you can email the placement officer to check which companies recruiting. I commented on WhatsApp that you will get time to customize your degree in whichever direction you want.
what is the placement scenario of mtech transport department ..what is % of placement? ..what is the avg package? ..does iit tirupati allows mtech students of civil transport department to seat for non core jobs ?? what is the avg package of core civil students in non core profile jobs??
@@Careerbolt plz let me know it will be very helpful for me transportation department mtech core and non core placement packages..and %of placement of transportation department...thank you❤❤❤

Hello, I am planning to apply MS(research) in electrical engineering in IIT Tirupati. Can you enquire the placement scenario for MS? I can't find any details from internet.
@D Here is the response I got from the placement office - "all our MS (Electrical) students who have registered for Placements have been placed. Most of them have been placed in Research and Development. Some of the companies that recruited our MS (EE) students are TCS Research and Innovation Labs, Toshiba, Mathworks."
Any branch at IIT is remarkably consistent with other IIT's in terms of curriculum, faculty, infrastructure and the learning outcomes. To answer your question, it depends what is it you want to do after graduation? If it is a CS job after graduation, the number of recruiters could be substantially smaller. For a mechanical engineering job, the placements should be the same excepting 2-3 recruiters. But students can compensate by doing the outreach themselves and rely less on the placements department. For higher studies, like MS or MBA, no one really cares if it is one IIT vs another.
I took admission in NIT Jamshedpur ECE.I tried my best but couldn't get IIT as I belong to general caste. Does I can apply the tips in mine case also for placement.
Hi Abhishek, I will make a separate video for NIT placements. Do let me know what other videos you are looking for. Also request you to join the WhatsApp group provided in the description.
I may have missed part 2 of your question. Placements are NIT are very comparable to the newwer IIT's. So yes, you can apply the same tips to NIT Jamshedpur.
yes, if you are interested in CS branch and don't have particular interest in other brances (you can get handsome pakage if you study decently) and even taking electrical in 2nd gen iits and mechanical, metallurgy (other good non circuital brances) in 1 gen iits is good as you get good evironment and competion there.
Absolutely, the CS branches in the new IIT's are the most underrated. The IIT experience, faculty quality, facilities and learning experience is second to none. After 1-2 years of work experience, all IIT students are treated the same by corporates. In higher education, the IIT you attended has no importance, as your last degree will define your career. Anybody working in the Silicon Valley will tell you that software is eating the world.
