I have made rental property first because in CBE the 5 cents land+2 storey building i built for 1.2Cr and now getting rents of 84K for 7 houses. Bro, you need to come out of this mindset. Hope you are below 35 then start investing in Real estate first with Debt, once the return flows in pay the debt with that rents, after that start investing in equity mid cap MF for retirement corpus, invest in NPS also say rs.1k pm for pension. If time permits go with large cap stocks directly and play with small cap stocks.
