Aldi is a German supermarket based in other countries which sells low price good because they don't shelf things like other supermarket (just open the box front and top and slide on to shelf), sell own brand versions of food and home goods (sometimes they sell brand names) and when you are being served on the till it is quick (put all things in basket and trolley and pack on the side of the shop after you have paid). All this keeps costs down. So other supermarkets price match Aldi in hope you shop in their shop instead.
