Dear Swati Maliwal ji, as one of the ordinary woman of this country I truly think that you are lying. I am a woman who had been dragged by my husband on floor, slapped 7-8 times and he also tore my clothes. You know what was my situation after that? I was shocked and stunned. Couldn't stand. I wanted to cry for help. But I was feeling choked so couldn't cry for help also. I was confused for around 15-20 min. I was trying to process what had happened. The last thing or rather an impossible thing I could do was sitting cross-legged on sofa and shouting/showing attitude. And I am a financially independent woman of India earning more than her husband. Any woman who has been beaten by her husband or any other man cannot believe you. I am surprised by the fact that you have been NCW chairperson and couldn't act like a true beaten woman? Are you really aware what women go through when they are beaten? You have mocked all women out there who have true stories of violence associated with them.

the footage that you showed was not a CCTV footage. It was taken from staff mobile phone. They say there was no CCTV installed in living area but definitely have a CCTV in CM’s bedroom. -as per S bharadwaj’s PC
The whole party is up to save a terminated Assistant. They did a dharna aswell outside BJP office on Sunday. They have not shown any efforts like this to save there other prominent leaders like manish sisodia. Why is this person so important to them? Please point that he was terminated by LG long ago. Bibhav formats his phone in mumbai. Cctc footage pendrive given to police was empty. He is been taken to mumbai to recover the data. He was not going to his home where the summons were being sent by not just police but also WC.
Sanjay singh comes to media and accepts the fact that she was indeed assaulted. He is a Rajyasabha MP not a mere leader of AAP.
There is an angle of RS seat aswell. AMS have an ambition to get an RS seat and AAP have 4 of them. harbhajan singh cant be asked to vacate his seat as he is the only sikh representative and removing him could be fatal for AAP in punjab. Raghav chaddha is the very close aid to AK, sanjay Singh is a Dabang leader who has been a media sensation m. Removing him would have been taken as a political suicide. The only option left was to ask swati to resign. Allegedly Swati may have been asked to resign and she refused.
She did not file police report straight away. Not even a single tweet. Sanjay singh went to her place to get the matter resolved. She somewhat succeeded but was allegedly got furious from AK’s disrespectful behaviour towards the question asked about her in UP PC.
This is not the only case where Bibhav has been dragged. He has been booked for the same case previously in year 2007.

Swati’s storyline also have many loopholes. How come Bibhav straightaway started beating her. There must be something else. Maybe an argument. She is a badmouth and this behaviour of her is out in public for so long.
