Back in the 90s when Canadian airlines was still around I had booked a flight from Edmonton to Calgary and was supposed to be on a fokker f28 but I guess a last minute change was made and was greeted with a 747 😁 hah 747 for a short haul flight! It turns out it was then flying from Calgary direct to Amsterdam after our small hop. ☺ Summer 1995

That’s strange that you had to connect in Edmonton from Calgary. Usually it’s the opposite as Calgary International is a far bigger airport than Edmonton.
