For employer sponsored visa, the employer needs to employ you before lodging your nomination for visa application. Nomination time frame and approval are decided by home affairs.

You will need to be registered with the professional body in your home country or your country of residence. You can check APC website for further information on this.

You need to do eligibility check with Australian Pharmacy Council, once successful you can then book and sit for kaps examination.
Pls is IELTS among the requirements?
English test is a requirement, various tests you can sit for.
