I've been trying this on my local installation and it failed all the time. It took me a long time to figure out the issue. After running with verbose mode and reading online about issues with self signed certificates I realized all my outputs showed ' "validate_certs": true ' even though is set to false in the inventory. Well, it seems that the modules used in the tasks also have that parameter and by default is set to true. Would be nice to mention this in the video or to update the ansible files in github. I'll go try now to set it to false with a environment variable, lets see if that works.
