It's nice to know that you're still going to support the game even after the main community has been severed. I was worried that things were going to completely end, but it's comforting to know there's always a private server around the bend! Take as long of a break you need, because it helps to keep from over-exertion.
It's a shame that they poured a nice, cool bottle of milk on the servers, but you will remain one of the coolest LBP content creators in TH-cam. I remember i had plans to make a minigame of a 2-4 player game where one player rides a mech and the others have to take it down. Might keep going at it, but it'll be after i finish my LBPK racetrack for sure. Anyways, I'll stay tuned to anything Dstomp in the future, you can count on it!

I’ve always loved Turbo_Egg_Salad’s levels. He was my main inspiration when starting to create my own. Weird to think that, just a few months ago, they’ve all become impossible to play

Probably just a coincidence, but it doesn't mean a new LBP isn't in the future, nor does it mean Mm couldn't be the devs. Sackboy's a prominent mascot within the PlayStation brand - I'm sure he'll be back some day. Won't be for another five years or more, I bet. I always believed that LBP must die before it can live again. Those decade-old servers did the later games no favors, and a new game would definitely need a new server. Likely one built from the ground-up, and even more likely would not carry forward the old levels
@@Dstomp Another thing, when you come back you should use Refresh not Union since its easier to setup and you wont get banned if you hurt M88's ego, that's what I'm going to use when I buy another ps3 and its what Blazing Victini uses. It's also where Context Challenges will be used since LittleBigWorkshop is partnering with them. I can't force you but just keep this in mind :)

i believe there are tools out there that should be helpful and backporting some of the stuff you've made to PS3, a lot of that can be found in a community called imagisphere which i won't link to not get filtered but can easily be found good luck on your break, you absolute legend o7

I’ve tried Dreams once, a few years ago, but just couldn’t do anything with it. Something about LBP’s simplicity just works better for me. I am keeping a close eye on Restitched though

The main issue with that plan is, I’d still have to start from scratch, since I mainly played on PS4 LBP3, and cannot easily transfer data backwards. Also, I just generally like PC better. But that’s less important

You should look into it! Check out RPCS3 for emulation, and LBP Union’s Beacon for online servers to connect to
