Hi Liz and thank you for this new episode... I have a question about Precision Recall : are the Dmg dealed to the Baddie targetted equal to : 1/ the number of unoccupied positions adjacent to the Baddie OR 2/ the number of unoccupied positions crossed by the orb recalled?
The answer is 2. Orbs recalled with Precision Recall deal damage to a baddie equal to the number of unoccupied positions the orb touches on the way to the baddie.
I love the serie! I have a question about Magnetic Pull and Magnetic Push (both A). I start my turn with one of them in my active slots. When can i exhaust them to active them in my turn? At any time?
Very good video! Thanks for sharing! One question though, why was the orb mechanic designed that you keep track of their position in the Gearlock mat instead of the battle mat? I believe the latter would be easier and more visual.
when you recall orbs with back up that says deal 2 to each baddies, if it was on a baddie before the recall, does this baddies take damage, or only those it will passes through
I'm confused by the "Polaris may remove dice from her active slot to use for a delve." This happens during recovery. Wouldn't your active slot already have been cleared at the end of the encounter?
This would only come into effect if Polaris had delve dice in her active slots from a previous delve and the party chose a peaceful encounter for the next day. Her delve dice wouldn't activate since you're not entering a battle and active slot dice only clear at the end of a battle so you would have dice remaining in Polaris's active slots that you could then choose to reroll after that day's recovery phase during her Delve.
You could either roll her orb dice over the course of several turns and not recall them or if you had the dex you could roll all 5 orb skill dice and deploy to Polaris's position and all 4 adjacent positions (provided Polaris isn't against the side of the board).

Hi sorry i have a question. Does Polaris keep her orbs out after a battle or do they get reset after an encounter?
At the end of each battle all orbs are removed from the board.
