    Great stuff. Learned a lot even though I’ve been running my sober living for over a year now it’s always valuable to see another persons perspective

    How did he sell 15 homes for 30M? What was the revenue to valuation multiple?

    I don't understand how he charges less than $200 per month per bed. In Michigan, if you can find a home charging $500 per month, that'd be like finding a real unicorn

      That’s weekly cost. Most of these beds are $700-$1200 per month (depending on market)
