I love these sorts of horror stories which explore other types of horror, not just haunted houses and things, this is a pretty creative plot imo, really nicely written too, nice stuff

I heard some weird tales from this channel, but this one...
What by Regonereth's claws ,were these idiots doing crossing into Perimal darkling?
They found a thin place, were the barriers were all but gone it seems, but instead of fortifying it and setting a watch like rational people, they crossed over.
Everything was there from the start. The rising temperature, the impossible vegetation, the animals that should not have been there.
Animals ! were they? why did they not kill something and try to eat it? Lucky for them they did not , but why?
The tirridan was looking out for them , they did not cross far enough.
Plants behaving like animals is the first sign, further in..the distinction between animate and inanimate, blurs. Not going there, somethings are not to be mentioned.
Further north the barriers thin more, it comes from no one watching the land.
Just because the tribal shamans could not explain things to the European settlers, in a way they could grasp, does not mean they were idiots ; or that they did not know what they were talking about.
Still patsy to this day, it takes millennia to wear the barriers down completely. There is still time.
Thank you Ian! Up to the standards you got us used by now. A rare selection , in to what is a much neglected part of the dream lands, all the more precious for it.
