I FOUND THE HISTORY OF THIS PLANE!!! I looked up the registration of the plane on the wing at 3:40, turns out it was a Mandala 737-200 that FIRST flew in 1982!! Mandala Airlines put this plane here in 2008 and the company closed in 2011!!!! LIKE SO HE CAN SEEEEEEEEE
Both planes are actually missing their engines. On the first plane the engine cowlings and panels are still intact giving the illusion of the engine being there. When his drone flies directly in front of aircraft you can clearly see thru. Those blankets he referred to are actually insulation blankets that were once installed on the side walls and cargo floor of the aircraft.
Derp I think he's talking about the airplane scrapyard of a bunch of decommissioned jets from the military being used for parts (it is blocked by Google earth now but you can find some photos before it was blurred out)
The first aircraft a 737-200 was built in 1983. It operated for Arkia as 4x-BAC, Dan-Air London as G-BLDE in it's first 10 years. It then flew for Mandala Airlines as PK-RII from 1993 until it was retired in 2008. It seems to have an extra door from a different aircraft installed in place of the overwing exit. The nearby nose section is from a Grumman G-159 Gulfstream G1 PK-CDM, a twin engined turboprop cargo aircraft. The second 737, a 737-300 was built in 1996 and was registered as PK-CKM and was operating for Sriwijaya Air for less than a year, it wore a white, blue and red livery but the livery was painted over in white to remove the airline titles. It was written off after it skidded off the runway during a landing accident where the landing gear collapsed in December 2011. It uses the nosewheel of PK-CJO, a 737-200.
Both airplanes were probably reassembled where you found them. The first one has doors at overwing that dont belong there. So the whole barrel section with those doors is from the front of another airplane. Surpised they got it to fit there. The second one, I think you may have been crawling around in the center fuel tank. the 'blankets' that you found inside are the insulation blankets that Boening and Airbus line the fuselage walls of the passenger cabin. Who ever owns the airframe probably wanted to keep them so the crammed them in there.
AC MX at an MRO here, it appears they actually stole the ASD cutout from anoth plane and grafted it on to fit, not sure why they did that but I've spent about 4 hours trying to figure out what happened there, I will say whoever did the work did a dam good job making it look like its supposed to be there
Took me one look to see the layout and tell this was put there for their local special forces or swat to use it for highjacked training. That's why it's in a pit and has obstacles set up and why the guard won't let you in. Otherwise it would be some tourist attraction.
he clickbaits alot lol he used chateau de noisy once in a complete other abandoned place same for the abandoned hotel in colombia he usd that cool place s thumnail but never visited
"I've never actually drove this far, not to get inside something" Wow. Just wow. I'm so done. (Before the kids of the comments section start firing up their hate bots, please go and do some homework, instead of reading youtube comments)
First plane was a B737-200. You could see that the fuselage was taken apart at the production breaks into it's 4 sections and moved on trucks. You could see the wing to body fairings had been removed for access to remove wings for moving on trucks also. Second plane, you were in the forward cargo pit just forward of the center wing tank (fuel cell) and those "blankets" were all fiberglass insulation blankets, along with a box of insulation, just like the insulation in your house, the silver wrap on the blankets is a fire proof material.
Is it weird that I want to live in that plane, I can set up some bookshelves, bring in a bed, hang up a couple of lanterns, get a wood burning stove, bring some seed's and a hoe and maybe some razor wire and set up a small area to grow some crops....or maybe I'm just crazy.
This is a Mandala Airlines - Boeing 737-2E7(A) - Registration No. PK-RII (You can see that on the right wing) - Construction No. 22876 - Line No. 922 - Preserved at Nusa Dua, Bali, Indonesia (Coordinates -8.831967, 115.187665)
On the second 737, usually there's a cabin access hatch in the nose gear, right around 9:36 I can see an open hatch just in front of the nose gear. I've been to the mojave boneyard before and I've gotten into an old L-1011 through a nose gear access hatch.
If people did research before going to things like this then they'd have more fun. Its certainly not hard to google where the access hatches are or how to get in :P
Fabio Da Rocha Bummer. I didn't really know with the 737-2's, I know some aircraft have, some don't. Is there any access to the cabin via the landing gear? Probably not....
It cannot be called Mojave Boneyard. It was Mojave Storage Airfield (MSA). Now is even called Mojave Air and Space Port. The dry air is perfect for airplanes storage, minimizing the airframe corrosion and mold formation. Aircraft owners - lessors or airlines, can store there airplanes that are not used or for which there is no interest from customers. They pay entry fee and regular fee per month. The team in Mojave (and other such places), performs long Storage Preservation program, that includes engines and many other components removal and storage in the required environment, windows cover and lots of other jobs. In specified intervals the airplanes are ventilated. If there is interest of an airplane stored there, in a month it can be returned to service. I was engineer on board of A310-300 MSN549, manufactured in 1990, registration S7-RGP, that flew in August-2003 from Kuala Lumpur to MSI for storage. One year later that airplane was bought by FedEx, converted to cargo airplane and she is still happily flying under registration N804FD, carrying FedEx cargo. Of course, many airplanes never fly again and are eventually being scrapped.
so the first plane was 1) parked in the middle of no where 2) striped out and therefore has nothing to steal, minus some broken down engines, and 3)there is no info on the net as to why it's there. however, their is still some form of security claiming that no one can enter, but you can still fly a drone over it. i am confused.

Yoeshan 625 thank you very much man hope you like some of my eplores i travel to upload one place every sunday and for camara i advice you to buy a Go pro and selfie stick they very light weight if they fall they dont break and they easy to climb with or run with .
Yes, I also noticed, it's scary because they probably took out the engine to rebuild other engines using their pieces and if it's true there are planes flying with it right now.
Those are nacelle parts (the shrouds used to cover engines; these are for something much larger than a 737 jet engine; perhaps an old WW II era radial engine like on a P47). You want to look for the chunky, complex, dense engine structures. They are metal, with dark details, and look like technology, or mechanical. I've looked and don't see anything like that anywhere. It's also important that engines can be sold on the open market, and are valuable.
Lim Lynn two things. You're incredibly hard to understand, and Area 51 isn't an airplane junkyard. It is a military base where they test top secret experimental aircraft (aka: brand new aircraft)
There is a B29 in the Veteran's State Park just outside of Cordele, GA. One has to hop a fence to get to it, but with the wheels down it is open to the outside and can be climbed up into. I've seen it done. The same park has a Sherman tank which could be accessed via the escape hatch underneath. I've been inside it and still have one photo left over the years since (1981) to prove it.
Both been there for a few years but not longer than people think. Two men had similar ideas of tourist attraction and dine in/cinema but overtime didnt have enough to even finish it thats why people are finding it odd that it was placed in weird spots. But some locals can tell people the story behind it which is what i just said.
Its insane to think of the possible story behind why BOTH planes are chillin' in the middle of what looks nothing like where a plane would just randomly land... makes me wonder also, why they were guarding the other. It looks like the motors/engines have been removed in the first one, and were placed to the planes left and taken apart??? U can see it in the drone footage. Thanks again guys & gals for risking it to bring us your vids! much love, stay safe and keep it up!! 😘✌
OfficiallyVia I have no idea but I suppose someone might be dismantling the first one for parts/scrap. The engines have Been removed for example. There's another plane's cockpit in that same compound. That could have been before the current owner bought it of course.
The most likely method would be to simply remove the wings. If it didn't need to fly again you can simply wreck the fuel and hydraulics in the wings and unscrew the bolts holding them on to reattach later, then transport the wings and the fuselage by truck. Without the wings there's more then enough room to drive it down the road, possibly use a large crane to lift it into the lot once the engines and interior is stripped out.
I think it's really suspicious that 2 planes like that are abandoned in the same general area but even more suspicious is neither one has any type of markings other than spray paint
One of the Boeing 737s is just three miles from Ngurah Rai International Airport. The aircraft has been situated in a residential part of the island near some shops and restaurants since 2007. It is unclear as to what the owner had planned to do with the aircraft, but so far no progress has been made on any plans. However, over the years, the position of the aircraft has changed, and in addition, the engines are boarded up to prevent people from noticing that the engines are missing.
What's up with those people and their obsession with 737s?? Did you not bother to ask? The doughnut shop people would probably know why it's there. I'm thinking both planes were moved there and used for storage.
So i read an article from google and apparently this plane was intentionally brought from airport to this location that later on will be renovated and opened for public for tourist attraction and educational purposes. The plane was divided into several pieces during the delivery and was reassembled on the spot.
Fun fact: it took the trucks 4 days to deliver the plane debris from Juanda airport, surabaya to the location. Source: balitribune.co.id/content/bangkai-pesawat-boing-737-macetkan-ib-mantra Sorry the article is in Indonesian. Well, google translate would be your best friend this time ;)
The engines are missing on both planes. The first one has been brought in as pieces and assembled there on site. That's why all of the CONEX boxes are there. Still cool, but would be a nice fun visit after the guts are installed. As for the second one, there should be a floor/ceiling panel above your head that opens into the main cabin.
You can tell they weren’t real planes, just a pile of spare parts put together to look like some kind of 737 frankenstein. A lot of the parts are mismatched, making the whole thing look awkward. One of them has doors at the forewing, and I have no idea how on earth they got that to fit there.
It's real plane but abandoned or scrapped, this is usually due to running out of flight hours, the plane has structural failures caused by an accident or maybe some other "non-technical" issues..
Can plane land like that of course not so maybe they used the thing to strap the plane and put it there so your wrong well you tried your best so I don’t need to brag

The engines are not in either because their super valuable even at that age
Exactly they're never left behind they're the most expensive and most important part on a plane

It's not a 747. Those things are huge.
there's an airplane graveyard in the desert somewhere in the southwest of the United states...you may want to check that out...
Victorville? Mojave Airport?
If you're thinking Mojave, it's still owned by a private company and it's more a pre-scrapping storage lot than a boneyard.

Pcorf Creations so was this an actual 737 that was used?
Well uh... yeah. Most of the time companies don't order a 737 "for teh lulz" lol.

What might be throwing you is the size of the over wing doors. The location of the over wing doors is correct it's their size that's not standard.

If you went into the frontal landing leg compartment, there's usually a hatch leading into the cockpit.

Evan J, as an aircraft mechanic who has worked on the 200 series, there is no flight deck access hatch.
Fabio Da Rocha Bummer. I didn't really know with the 737-2's, I know some aircraft have, some don't. Is there any access to the cabin via the landing gear? Probably not....

I love your vids there the best.i think you should explore an abandoned airport
Involved Hurricane oh my lord yes
Involved Hurricane Katrina
There's an abandoned airport in Nicosia, Cyprus with at least one abandoned 727.
_Music_is _my_escape No but currently in Cyprus at the moment. Beautiful island 😊
The engines (BOTH) were gone in the first one. The drone footage showed empty shells where the engines should be.
Yes, I also noticed, it's scary because they probably took out the engine to rebuild other engines using their pieces and if it's true there are planes flying with it right now.
DiegoSantos200 is nl Rosejjj
DiegoSantos200 of okloo
there was something off to the right that looked like it might be a pair of engines.
Your videos are seriously fun to watch. Your enthusiasm and wonderment reminds me of Steve Irwin. I'm lovin' it.
When you said dunkin donuts I was eating dunkin donuts

Exploring With Danny Love your videos and the crew! ❤
+Exploring With Danny that would be fun
Lim Lynn so what i got from that is they hroke into area 51 to see that please explain better than a 10yrld
Lim Lynn two things. You're incredibly hard to understand, and Area 51 isn't an airplane junkyard. It is a military base where they test top secret experimental aircraft (aka: brand new aircraft)
dude actually none of th e aircraft has engines installed . Thanks for the awesome video
That's an old ass 737-200. It could have been there for decades, who knows. But it's dope, nonetheless.
First one maybe, second one looks like a 300+, the intake cowl are CFM56 engine intake cowls... as opposed to the JT8D's that were used before.
David Delgado ewe
David Delgado if i remembered correctly, the owner wanted to build a restaurant or smth for the 2nd one
Both been there for a few years but not longer than people think. Two men had similar ideas of tourist attraction and dine in/cinema but overtime didnt have enough to even finish it thats why people are finding it odd that it was placed in weird spots. But some locals can tell people the story behind it which is what i just said.
This plane last flew in 2011. Not that old. It belonged to Mandala Airlines.
OMG all I can think of when I see you inside the cargo plane is: spiders, scorpions and snakes.... Ouch!
OMG THERE IS AN INSECT IN YOUR PROFILE PIC OMG
Boeing 737-2E7(A)
PK-RII - Age 34.1 Years
Mandala Airlines
Preserved Nusa Dua, Bali, Indonesia (-8.831967, 115.187665)
what?
Thai Aviation Club found it, on the island of Bali south of Denpasar
do you know why it's there? or how it got there ?
The first aircraft didn't have engines. The engine cowlings were there but the engines were gone.
Not surprising since they are worth a couple million in running condition or even scrapped out for materials several hundred thousand.
black2deep exactly what I said
David Edmonh
I think it's really suspicious that 2 planes like that are abandoned in the same general area but even more suspicious is neither one has any type of markings other than spray paint
David Glad yes it is the graveyard in AZ. Military and civilian airplanes are out there.
most planes out of service do remove or spray over tailnumbers and signage
no tail numbers?
they remove markings so people cant use the planes
they aren't "abandoned". clearly someone owns the property where they sit... if you wanna argue, define "abandoned", then we'll talk
You guys are awesome👌I love adventures but I'm always scared of the dark😁😁😂keep up the awesome work guys❤❤

Hey yo bro do you know how did they get that plane there?well ask gta players😂😂😂
Frankie Tolentino seems legit!
Frankie Tolentino yep
Frankie Tolentino i get it
Frankie Tolentino stfu DUMBASS
It's a preserved plane. It was purposely put there in 1993 by Mandala Airlines
What's up with those people and their obsession with 737s?? Did you not bother to ask? The doughnut shop people would probably know why it's there. I'm thinking both planes were moved there and used for storage.
737s rather
alan30189 yes DEFINATLY not 747s
typo on my iPhone and I could not edit.
alan301
alan30189 they might of actually been abandoned just saying
Homeless people could live in the plane
Wyatt Kalinowski I was thinking the same thing tbh
Wyatt Kalinowski ayea

there´s an entrance on the 737 and 747 on the front wheel, if they would check the landing gear but the front wheel they could acces to the cabin, ...
There is on most aircraft, but it involves going through the (locked) avionics bay or crew rest area. Also you sometimes need a ladder.
Hit up CNN Josh found the Malaysian airplane

So i read an article from google and apparently this plane was intentionally brought from airport to this location that later on will be renovated and opened for public for tourist attraction and educational purposes. The plane was divided into several pieces during the delivery and was reassembled on the spot.
Fun fact: it took the trucks 4 days to deliver the plane debris from Juanda airport, surabaya to the location.

Sorry the article is in Indonesian. Well, google translate would be your best friend this time ;)

They rich af, got planes parked as cars in the backyard over there.
Tyger Voods no they really aren't rich in Bali, I have good friends there that live in a house the size of an average bedroom.
When the joke flies over your head like a 737
Tyger Voods I know you. you said I'm impressed the clean of the roads than the cars in a effspot video
What.
You will make one of abandoned trains
Who saw the body of another plane at 4:05
The engines are missing on both planes. The first one has been brought in as pieces and assembled there on site. That's why all of the CONEX boxes are there. Still cool, but would be a nice fun visit after the guts are installed. As for the second one, there should be a floor/ceiling panel above your head that opens into the main cabin.
Wow what drone are you using? Great footage!
Tech Unfiltered there was another head of a plane near the ffirst plane
Micro Four thirds footage most likely - it is the aerial standard.
Mick D
Where is that plane ✈️ I mean what country is that
Hamas Ali Bali in Indonesia
Itsaprettylongname butaslongasitfitsitsgood yo that's a long name
elyas pasha hey my middle name is ali'salomalakom my brother..
Hamas Ali bali
Malaysian Airlines probably put it there! they are good at losing planes
You can tell they weren’t real planes, just a pile of spare parts put together to look like some kind of 737 frankenstein. A lot of the parts are mismatched, making the whole thing look awkward. One of them has doors at the forewing, and I have no idea how on earth they got that to fit there.
Is the plane a replica? The plane looks unscathed or broken...
Aphrodi something might of happened so they abandoned it?
Levon Tostig i see
It's real plane but abandoned or scrapped, this is usually due to running out of flight hours, the plane has structural failures caused by an accident or maybe some other "non-technical" issues..
Second one looks like the front landing gear folded
Steel i think its a old airport but the plane are a monument thats why the the plane gears is folded IM INDONESIAN im using my mom's account
Maybe it ran out of fuel and had to emergency land
Henry Hurdley yeah, chief that’s a no
Can plane land like that of course not so maybe they used the thing to strap the plane and put it there so your wrong well you tried your best so I don’t need to brag
Wow, much salty responses
No that plane first flew in 1982 and Mandela airlines put it there in 2008 and the company closed in 2011
Ok. It got stands to hold it up thats supports it
