Hi Tonya, I have a suggestion/ request if you're looking for ideas. I'd love to see a series of tiny houses/ apartment renovations based on Traits. The more unique traits could be a lot of fun, and a bit of a challenge, I think. For example: apartment for a high-maintenance Sim, tiny house for a vegetarian, apartment for a child of the ocean, tiny house for an evil Sim, etc. You approach challenges like this in original and fun ways, they are always a pleasure to watch, so I think you'll come up with some amazing builds/renos. Love the Townies series, btw! Can't make it to your streams, unfortunately, but I watch all your TH-cam videos. Thank you for the content :)

Love this! It would be really interesting to see the same apartment change for each season. I bet it would be a challenge to keep the structure and windows as you have them, but changing up colors and maybe some items for the other seasons!

Adore this build! I love that you've used the cherry blossom Swatch on the piano because everyone I've seen use the new piano just uses the plain swatch and I love a bit of personality in decor 🩷☺️

I love this build. When watching this Let's Build I already felt so inspired again like with all of your builds. I definitely get spring vibes from it. The most in the kitchen and the living room.

I'm from Maine and today I went outside and it smelled like grass and the birds were chirping and it just put me in a very good mood! I can't wait for the leaves to start growing on the trees. Also, love this build!

loved this apartment, idk why but I imagined 2 moms and a kiddo here, one of the moms is an artist and paints alot, and the other is a gardener who grows alot of fresh veggies for her wife and daughter, and the daughter is just cute as a button, loves her stuffies, her anime and her boybands, and its just a cewt as heck lil fam
This has been the coldest April in my recent memory in my area (40s and rain nearly every day). But, yesterday we hit 60 and today and tomorrow we’re hitting 70 degrees! Spring is so good. I feel alive!
Beautiful apartment! Since you mentioned not liking the apartments that take up half a building--I've always wanted to see someone section one of those off into several small apartments connected by a fake hallway extension. Maybe you're the one for the job?

This apartment reno turned out great! Love the new greenhouse haven kit windows. So many uses, not just greenhouses.
Yes I would looove to see something inspired with Decor to the Max kit, with golden items and tiger wallpaper 🤣 bujee and eclectic.. i looove your videos and I am waiting for a Taurus one from Zodiac season!
I adore this!! Also it’s definitely starting to feel like spring where I live which is so exciting! And yes, please to more maximalist stuff!! I love the maximalist style and combining all sorts of colours and patterns and unique furniture pieces. Occult Sims can be really fun to make maximalist spaces for!
It's spring here and it kinda still feels like early sling but it's late spring!!!
I live in New Hampshire and today was the warmest day this year, around 80 degrees!!!!!!! But, sadly, I don't enjoy warmer weather since I grew up in such a colder climate... 😒

i live in indiana! we had a good mid 70s week (which was the week of my 21st birthday haha) but now it's very rainy, cloudy and 40s-50s. i think you should do a build challenge where every build is a sims trait :) could be a trait from any game too, or every room is a sims trait! i think that would be cool & i don't think i've seen a challenge like that yet!!
it's spring in the U.P. of Michigan but we're supposed to get snow this weekend :( also i LOVE your builds and I'm actually in the process of decorating your townhomes - this apartment is so light and airy it's very refreshing to look at

This only occurred to me bc you mentioned this lot is just bigger than you like to decorate usually, but. You know the big expensive 2 floor apartments in the really nice building in the middle of San Myshuno ? I know it's a huge lot but. What about drabbing it up? Huge 2 floor shabby chic apartment. Something satisfying about the idea of an expensive building being made to look nice and lived in.

@@Gryphi ahhh thank you! I’m not sure I’d use it for gameplay, is it worth it just for build items? There’s the floral dining chairs that are super cute but it’s £30+ 💕
@@letitiaking4550 I would say it’s definitely worth it for the build items. It came with a lot of very fun and extremely expressive bedroom furniture and decor but that’s pretty much it. No kitchen or bathroom stuff so I’d recommend waiting for a sale.
@@lenorabrown4702 thank you for your reply. I play on console so it’s already a challenge playing as it is. I’ll wait for a sale. I’m struggling with performance issues with my old ps4 so I might even wait until I upgrade to a ps5. I’m not sure it’ll survive another expansion pack lol
You can't renovate away the rathole in that apartment 😅
