I'm always amazed when these videos don't show all the bedrooms. They're supposed to be a marketing tool buy potential buyers can't even tell if this home fits their criteria or not..
2 Reason: keeps the video a certain length as to keep the viewer from losing interest and to peak curiosity to allow for potential buyers to call and book an appointment. Simple, give a taste to entice the buyer to call. Same idea as a movie trailer. Too much information can be a negative. Less is more. An interested buyer will call, a person just entertaining themselves will not. The realtor is only concerned with interested buyers, not people surfing the web.
