The passwords in the GBA version simply unlock bonus stages for Raph’s motorcycle race mini game. You can enter the Konami Code (Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A) on the title screen to unlock Very Hard difficulty. Otherwise if your password does nothing, try it on the PS2, Xbox or GameCube version. Beating Shredder gives you a password for the GameCube version (not sure if they also work on PS2/Xbox)

considering this was for the GBA the sprites in this game look gorgeous really did a good job capturing the art style of the show.
Only problem is that the sprites constantly change sizes

I miss the classic villains like Beebop and Rocksteady and Krang and the Fly scientist and the pizza xenomorph monsters.
Fly scientist is a Baxter Stockman. He was in this version of tmnt, but he wasn't at fly
The PC version had a Baxter Stockman fight.
Bebop and Rocksteady didn't exist in the 2003 universe I think which sucks.
