I really like that projector, takes up way less space than a TV would.. I love when there are so many different types of trailers out because every family, couple or single person has different needs.. this is perfect for someone.
Like this. Like how tall it is in side. Big fan of the back patio. The loft is ok. Like black out tv shad. The kitchen is nice. Love the dishwasher. Like the cabinets storage. Like the bathroom. Have a good day!
So different from others of the same inspiration. When you turned to show the kitchen - was not expecting that (in the best way). Love this rv. Love the loft concept. Thanks for the video!
This is better than most apartments lol. If I was single or young couple wo kids I’d get one of these throw it on some land and call it done.. the loft area would serve as shortage The projector thing.. you’ll at the very least want a blackout curtain behind the shade the inside is projected on to prevent backlighting..
Love the ottoman, I'll pass on the projector. Love the dishwasher and kitchen. And quality looking appliances. And yes a proper back splash is neccessary( all the way like you pointed out).❤
That's the shortest 'destination' RV I've seen so far. Good porch size. Working sliding glass doors could be useful, especially if you can build a large side deck next to the RV. Worst case scenario, they'd double as emergency exits if the patio deck was on fire or something. Although I can see how that would also reduce the RV's insulation value due to looser seals for the slides. Given how converted sliding glass doors seem to be becoming something of a Thing in RVs based on this channel, I expect somebody to create and manufacture dedicated massive RV windows in the next few years.
These are very interesting. We are looking at putting in the water and septic for a future build on land we have in the Black Hills backing national forest. Electric is already in. We take the travel trailer for a week once or twice a year now... This would work in the interim of building until she retires...if ever... Hmmm... I've already read on a couple of forums about people going right to these as tiny homes. One guy was really intimidated when his daugter said she was getting this model and needed his help on towing it about 800 miles to her space in Texas where she was moving for a new job with power and black gray disposal/water. Then he looked it up for weights, got on the RAM HD forum and asked what everyone thought. He had a Ram 2500 Hemi with 3K payload and 15K max tow and everyone said no problem empty... So, he did it said it was an easy tow at 60 mph with the 13 ft 6 in height being his only concern. And now a few months later, his daughter is in heaven, new place with washer/dryer dishwasher like home and all for less than 70K total including owned lot... That's not bad these days for a decent place to live. Sure it's not perfect or going to last 50 years, but for a decade keep maintained a whole lot better than renting with some value if only in the lot in 10 years.
Now this is a model I really like the layout of. Even being in my mid 50's.... It's almost like it is a park model. The price, well, I actually think it's fair for what it is. Be interesting how the window/fixed sliding doors hold up after towing a while. Great review.
Love the size and can be easily towed to a Destination but agree with others, and its not 55 plus friendly sleeping arrangement. Don’t mind loft area for the grandkids and deck area is awesome. But I am still looking for an towable Destination trailer without being an aircraft trailer.
What would be cool (and i think I've seen some kinda similar) would be to make that back porch as a toyhauler back end so you can haul a sxs or something and when you're in camp its a nice size porch. That would be kinda of a "checks all the boxes" kind of trailer for me.
It's a destination trailer meant to take it someplace on a property you own and leave it there, or a permanent space in an RV resort. I doubt the frame could take the weight of toys.
The only thing I would suggest is the ability to move the steps to the right side if you're parking it in an only back in site. The height is 13'6" so if you move 3-4 times a year be careful where you fuel your truck.
Saw one in person a few months back. Nice looking cool design, but I would not get one just because that flat, tall wall would cause so much drag you wouldn't pass very many fuel stations.
This Is a ? For anyone, does this have enought solor to Boon Dock it for a few days? I know they mentioned solar I'm glad it has it but I have no clue how long that will last you I'm sure it depends on what you're using inside electrical wise!
I would like to see sliding doors on this unit. Build a deck in front of the sliding doors and park it by a lake or somewhere else with a nice view and happy camping. I would personally bring a free floating table to use instaed of that ottoman.
First thing I thought of before watching the whole video.. that deck needs to be big enough for a golf cart with tie downs. Why don't they spread the axles apart just alittle more for stability?
I still can’t understand why they didn’t turn the back railings into ramps, put some tie downs on the deck and make it large enough for a quad or a couple dirtbikes. Hell even a golf cart too
nice kitchen appliances but then cheaped out in the bathroom with a bunch of plastic that's too bad upgrading the sink toilet and shower fixture would have added so little cost.
These would be good emergency shelter for families and single parents with one income. If you buy them for 38-40k and rent them for 500/mo. Municipalities could assist developers with making empty lots habitable communities. Imagine 25-50 of these trailers surrounding a central community garden and a playground. Not a solution for the tent dwellers but could lower rent prices in my town.
They are not built to last the outsides tend to leak and fall apart over time very thin walls rubber roof you have a good idea but probably would go with more of a tiny home type build thicker walls and for what your saying direct plumbing for city or septic pretty much a manufactured home but downsized that's only my opinion but something you might want to look into also if your city will alow those shed to house is really awesome but love your idea learning to live with less is just a great idea lower utilities for heating and cooling plus newer technologies could allow the utilities to be so cheep in the long run versus regular massive homes the money saved would pay for its self hey if you going to bring that idea up to someone might instead of just renting do a sell or rent to own on the units I'm sure the smaller foot print and less property would cut taxes as well
@jasonsliger5430 realistically, is it easier to provide an alternative solution or change a cultural dynamic? You can't make laws to prevent greed, but you can flood the rental market with cheap alternatives and drive the prices down naturally.
That kinda' money for a park model (no water tank or holding tanks)? I'm sure those ladders are load-rated for some amount of weight. But at 185# myself, I wouldn't trust them. I've seen tree houses with safer-looking access. Looks like a truck camper going down the road backwards. Hard pass on this one. :(
`Too much glass. Change, modified double door to single. Not aerodynamic at all. Suspect when you move it. It puts undue stress on the front wall. And if you are moving it to one location forever. Drop a single wide there. Cheaper, and more room.
It's a 'destination' trailer, which by default means you only move it a few times during it's lifetime since you leave it for long periods at the destination and visit it whenever. As such, aerodynamics and 'roadability' are not the concerns that you'd have with a normal RV. Also, 'destination' trailers assume you're dropping it at a place with a view, thus all the big windows.
@@kenp9469 'Destination' RVs are more like mobile homes (which usually never moved once placed) than regular RVs in intended use. They are designed and named accordingly so nobody mistakes them for normal use RVs. If they /were/ designed and built like regular RVs, they'd probably be substantially more expensive than the $50K MSRP trailer we saw in the video for the same size, features, and floor plan.
This is a terrible RV. The patio selection is a JOKE! The size and amenities are weak selling points. For that price point you could get a 39' slide out and still enjoy having a patio. Just built it yourself.
It's got a real tiny home feel the way it's laid out, especially with the lofts
I like that they make the porch big enough for two people and a small table!❤
I like the new "tiny home " style RV 's ,we have a few acres and would love to make a RV style camp ground nightly rentel
I really like that projector, takes up way less space than a TV would..

Great floorplan for younger parents with kids. Pretty cool.
My wife and I love it. Personally I think out of all the other similar layouts this one knocked it out of the park
Really good price point for what you get. Great layout and design.
This is better than most apartments lol. If I was single or young couple wo kids I’d get one of these throw it on some land and call it done.. the loft area would serve as shortage

They were really aware of the weight. I don't mind so much the plastic sinks and toilet because of the appliances. Very nice!

Floor plan is cool! Needs some full timer upgrades though, lol. Very cool

One loft is good, but maybe a good Murphy bed downstairs. Also, ditch the plastic sink and toilet. The patio is nice! Maybe a good place for bikes?

I wish you could drop one of the railings down, and it had tie downs, would love to put my bike on the patio while traveling.
I really like it.
I have this my lot right now!!!!
Thank you for sharing. May Jesus continue to bless you and your family
Like the patio
That's amazing
Could you nix the dishwasher and add a regular dryer??

This mini house can be move from one park to another any any other weekend like a travel trailer???
If you wanted, could you upgrade the toilet and basin? I am not sure a plastic toilet would last.

Dryweight 8284 lbs is awesome!
I love it!! Idk about my knees
Almost perfect just missing closet for clothes 😊
Definitely not for over +55 folks. Love the price point too. But those lofts are a big "NO".😫
Looks great until that!
Could use a drop down bed.
They did a great job with this trailer
very unique. I love the projector tv.
I love a loft!

Need to move the axles back so you can haul “toys” on the deck.
What is the dry weight of this unit? Thanks!
nice kitchen appliances but then cheaped out in the bathroom with a bunch of plastic that's too bad upgrading the sink toilet and shower fixture would have added so little cost.
And a fireplace!?!🤯
How much is glass replacement?
Where can I buy an ottoman like the one in the living area?

The elite not being so greedy would help rent prices.

Need hurricane safety status!
I'd rather have smaller windows that open and have a porcelain toilet and sink in the bathroom. Thank you for this tour.
yeah definite air flow issues in there
I would hate to have a dishwasher in something that small. I need more countertop
Hard pass as we don't own recreational property and we're not interested in a 3' ceiling in the bedroom. It would be good for Hobbits, however.
Definitely not for older folks or those who have to use the bathroom
At night!
Odd place for a fire extinguisher

Im 6'7, so i definitely couldn't fit in there.
washer and dryer combo are no good
Bedrooms are not comfortable i guess lol

all that glass freaks me out, as far as safety.. crashes, break ins etc
Nope, nope, and more nope

You are bad at the filming
You are bad at being a cordial human being.
