Absolutely beautiful Tomislav. And I love the grain of the pair, don't think it is unremarkable at all. I turn Beach which is very plain, warps a lot and high tendency to crack but it turns very nicely and easy to get smooth cuts.

One of the best bowls of yours I’ve seen, I’m binge watching your videos today, looking for inspiration and your rim detail has me and a few others thinking of embellishments for our turnings 😅

Many different skills used to produce a beautiful finished product. I generally do not like attempts to add post turning features but your technique is just a wonderful result....it's perfect. I suggest you find a way to burn those turning chips to heat your shop. I am cold just watching your video.

    Nice.
I've used milk paint in various ways on bowl and platter work for years, especially for enhancing carved textures and the like. A topcoat sanded back to reveal undercoat(s) of different colors can be very effective. I often use a Scotchbrite pad, or the equivalent abrasive non-woven pad, at various stages in the process of rubbing back to reveal the undercoat. Sometimes sandpaper is a little too aggressive and the pads also can nicely burnish the milk paint, especially in crevices where sanding cannot reach.
Milk paint is great stuff. Tough as nails when fully cured, and because it comes as a powder you can mix just what you need and the shelf life is pretty much unlimited.

Thank you sir for advice on scotch bride pad, I'll try that method as well....
Indeed its great stuff,I have several bowls in everyday use with milk paint and its as it was the day 1...
      Thank you for watching

The embellishment looks great. What do you think about doing the same thing but recessed so the carved surface stays within the bowl curve instead of proud? I learn so much from your videos. Heartfelt thanks!

@@geofftidy8745 I would go with m2, there is little differents between the two... There is ks schulte in Germany and type vicmark dealers in Europe and you'll find a woodturning store in France that sell I believe crown tools.... But most other like KS or neurother in Austria sell to France...
Most of scrapers and good enough for our work are M2 so you are ok with that 😉
