A few questions from trying this out.
1. How do i keep the characters consistent so i dont get completely different characters in every generation?
2. In Gen2, the videos are often morphed, how could i stop the eyes and mouth from twisting??
3. In yiur video there are people moving in the scene, how do you get those kind of movement from a still picture?

Impressing, but also shows how far we are from text to video or even image to video, that is actually worth watching unless u have some emotional attachment to the content. This is many steps, and in the end just a tech demo of basically gif images thrown together to imitate a movie.

I have been making music videos for another channel using Kaiber. It offers two types of video from image, up to 8 minutes where the main image goes through a series of changes, and 4 second clips a bit like here.
The main obstacle at the moment is the 4 seconds limit. Over a 3 minute track that's a lot of changes and a lot of work. Can't wait for it to improve

Just one problem in this tutorial - how to use single character to generate all the scenes of the movie. A movie usually has few characters which need to appear same throughout the movie, but AI generates every time a new character in the new scene.

you can do it now through LoRAs, algorithms that control the coherence in generation.

Not only that. The image to video just zooms a bit or at most moves items a bit. Thats fine for 3 second videos, but I dont see it can be used to create a scene
