Ji, on your first Discount example, you didnt use double quotes for 2nd and 3 argument, but on your second scholarship example you have used the double quotes. So when to use it and when to not use double quotes in IF and And condition.?

You don't have to place the " " if you are entering value like 1 or 0... but if you are going to enter text instead of number like "No Discount" then you have to place the " ".
