So seniors can groom Shubhman Gill and he takes their valuable advice and make him as captain going forward after Rohit. And coming to hardik pandya selectors has got less faith on him because of his injuries which might be a concern in long run that's why he was not given the T20 captaincy all is not over for hardik selectors are keeping an eye on his bowling also in ODI's and T20's.
