I have found that going up one size on the pilot jets works good, the main jets is more trial and error (I think I put 117.5s in it) with the 650s specifically my experience is that you can't adjust the needles high enough to get rid of a transition bog so you have to shim them with small washers.
did you have to rejet for those filters and exhaust?
