I just want to say a little something about credit card cash back options. I took out a $100/yr Sam's Club membership in June, and I got a Sam's Club Mastercard to go with it. The Mastercard offers 5% cash back on gasoline ANYWHERE in the U.S., 3% cash back on Sam's Club purchases, and 1% cash back on any other purchases. I use this card to purchase gasoline, pay all of my utilities, and purchase groceries. I make a payment at the end of the day for any charges I have put on the card so that it won't accrue any interest. When the Sam's Cash rewards are added to my Sam's account each month, I use those to purchase all of the following from Sam's Club (when they are needed): Shampoo Conditioner Body wash Hand soap Face wash (I have to use one with no dyes) Toilet paper Tissues Dish soap Laundry soap Tampons/pads I accrue about $25 per month cash back, so my membership pays for itself after four months, and the rest of the year is a free ride. I see it as a free way to gain $200/year.

If people are smart they would keep their 9 to 5 & have a passive income because the passive income isn’t going to last forever I have a roommate sometimes she been living with us for 4 months now she pays $500 a month I don’t know how long she will stay it’s her 2nd time staying with us the first time she stayed for almost 2 years after awhile I get tried of her because she doesn’t want to clean after herself or she half cleans however my husband & I are saving to buy a townhouse so the extra $500 is added to the savings account
