- I played the Undisputed boxing game early, actually I have been playing for a while now. Let's talk about my experience testing for the past few and what I think will come for the game on console release..

Still gonna preorder because 2K & Madden puts out the same shit every year and I see nobody complain about it, at least a studio stepped up and made a boxing game, something EA couldn’t do

im buying the game regardless because at the very least i can see that it now seems to be more of a functional game in terms of using actual strategy and pay off versus the painful chore that it was in the older build. im more of an offline player so i hope they continue to improve the AI during the duration of the games lifespan. Overall theyve said they will continue working on the game long after release. I think Like No Mans Sky where i believe they said the game feels like a totally new game from when it first released in a very positive way. All those additional things we would like is coming later. Theyve covered exactly what they said they will do in all of their update videos recently in terms of wht will be added post release.
As someone Thats played fight night recently yall must have bad memories because the movement is extremely sluggish and the punches are very generic

Bro there is literally nothing bad to be said about Fight Night Champion that shit was and is still a joy to play. Don’t give a damn about “simulation” The real benchmark is whether the game is fun to play or not
@@VernissageRecs It doesn't matter, not every boxing game should be a copy of FN champion. This game was created to be a boxing sim to cater for more realism as opposed to FN's arcadey style. If you don't like the game then don't play. Some people enjoy it some people don't so don't force your opinions on someone else

I think what also harmed the development of the game is the following. I remember a while back, they had a content creator event. They said they would take the feedback of the content creators and have ANOTHER content creator event. Unfortunately, they only had 1 content creator event, their feedback wasn't really implemented, and many of those that were involved slowly started to not cover the game. This would have been the chance to get OTHER content creators involved like you, Martial Mind, Claimer Uncut, etc. It was a missed opportunity. Another BIG issue is, this final build they are promoting that we will get to see/experience at launch. That is not how to get pre-orders. I really wish they would have updated early access to include this patch so we can actually test it out or watch more people test it.

Is there stamina damage? Can you cut off the ring? Do body shots do serious damage? Do fighters display physical damage when getting a serious beating?

Thanks for still covering the game. Such a shame many of the original content creators either stopped early (Studdy) or got swooped by Steel City to the point where they can't make vids about the game anymore (boxing fanatico).

thank you for confirming that the build Bigcheese was playing was not final cause I argued with so many people who kept saying it was the final build 😭 but your points & opinion sound very valid ! but do you think offline players like me will enjoy this game ?
I think offline players will have fun. Really just need more customization options and cosmetics to add immersion

I’ve seen the tattoos suck, shorts options suck, I also hope there will be an option in later updates where you can download created fighters from the community & able to customize licensed fighters gear like in FNC instead of just changing very little options in attires & a lot more, I just really want this game to succeed & hope the game will be better & better with updates, I think I’ll enjoy it tho :)

Who is EA?
In quick testing with what we've had so far, there is no different in AI punch output based on fighter style. That's very concerning for me as someone whose main focus would be creating historic fighters, which I was very involved in discussing on the discord back when this was still ESBC. But if I create a fighter who really throws 40-50 a round and the game has him throwing 90 no matter what....then fighter creation is useless.
I'm hoping I'm wrong.

Not releasing a beta tells me that they are not confident in their game. They better knock it out of the park within the 1st year or else EA might rush out a remastered version of fight night champion, then develop a new boxing game. I hope this company is good, but no beta and lack of transparency are giving me bad signs.

@@kenjones3205 Allowing a select few of content creators to play the game for MARKETING purposes is not a beta. A beta is allowing everyone to play the game free for a short period of time.
Isn't early access beta tho? It's for pc only so I'm assuming you're planning to play it on console
@@Mman3560 Paying more to download the game 3 days early is not a beta. It's the official release for those who pay more. A new company should put out many beta tests, so the game can be developed properly with testing and feedback directly from the users who will buy the game.

You were right about the servers being the downfall of Undisputed. The game logic alone is very bad, but the horrible servers make the game unplayable.
My main question is the Roster. How is the create a boxer and will their be shared content to download other boxers?

The servers better be good on release for sure and they need to stop going 6-9months without an update. That will make players think devs are giving up on the game. Players by that time will have flocked to other games forgetting all about undisputed

As long as the punch animations and impact have been improved I’m all in and I’ll give it a solid 7.5 on my review. Definitely gonna get it in online, but not primarily an online type of guy. Even with that said, I’m gonna problem for y’all online lol, I’m sweeping 🧹 everything moving. Hope they eventually do tourneys for bread 🥖. Getting funded 20mil and you can’t get dedicated servers is a crazy thing. Considering that servers is going to make or break this game I would hate for ts to fail because I actually like the game

Eight more days hopefully it will have dlc for boxers from any era story mode robes for the fighters referee in the ring as they were in Fight Night Champion Round 4

For what I can play already, fight night, hajime no ippo, boxers road, etc, I just can't really get into the game. It has made good progress and I am glad they are bringing it to the console market but I personally just can't get behind it as a FUN experience.

I have feeling this game is not going to be worth buying. too bad they don't have blockbuster anymore where you could test out a game before buying it for only 5$.

I was getting ready to pre-order it but i wanted to hear the reviews of you guys who's actually played the launch version and by you giving it a 6.3 tells me to save my money. I wasn't expecting a perfect game but a 6.3 tells me there's no longevity in the game... maybe the game gets boring or repetitive. Quite honestly the closer it gets to launch and after most of the reviews and comments about this game has been negative.... they'll say something good about the game and in the same breath they'll say BUT this part is not good. Idk man I just don't have a good feeling about this game

Saw hot97 play on Xbox yesterday this game at least a 10. Gotta remember TH-camrs are looking way too deep into stuff. The gameplay and smoothness is all a grown man with a job care about. Idk what they looking at 10/10 easily

I’m glad this game is gonna feel different love fight night, but the combat in that game is old and basic and so are the movements and mechanics. It’s old 360 style I’ve heard from many others this game is better then fight night. Just because it isn’t a fight night remake don’t shit on it.
